TeamHealth is looking for an academic hospitalist to join the team at Northwest Health Porter in Valparaiso, Indiana. The core teaching team consists of 7-on/7-off clinical rounding with residents. As an academic hospitalist you will occasionally provide lectures to residents and half-day didactics. Academic hospitalists participate and/or attend resident educational activities, journal clubs, and morning reports. Procedures are not required and the hospital provides full specialty support. In today's hospital medicine environment, you are asked to deliver patient care with a high level of confidence.
