Job Description

• As a collaborating physician, you will play a vital role in our post-acute care practice by providing oversight and consultation to our nurse practitioners and physician assistants. 
• Establish collaborative agreements: Formalize partnerships with NPs and PAs
• Facilitate regular communication: Conduct monthly group video meetings to discuss clinical matters
• Offer expert guidance: Provide clinical oversight and consultation on complex cases
• Chart Review: Complete a monthly chart review, per state requirements, typically 10%

Requirements:

• Medical degree: MD or DO with an active medical license in Missouri
• Psychiatric expertise: Board certified or board eligible in Psychiatry
• Collaborative experience: Proven ability to work effectively with NPs and PAs in a collaborative setting
• Interdisciplinary teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to collaborating with healthcare professionals from various disciplines
• Ethical standards: Adherence to ethical principles and best practices in clinical care
• Missouri residency: Must be a resident of Missouri
