Job Description

Do you have previous emergency medicine or urgent care experience? Are you new graduate and ready to start your career in emergency medicine? If so, we encourage you to apply today for this exciting opportunity. TeamHealth has an exciting, new opportunity for a nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) to join the emergency medicine (EM) team at Van Wert Health in Van Wert, Ohio. This will be a Monday through Thursday position and you will be required to work 2 Sundays a month.   Van Wert Health features:
  • Emergency department annual volume: 12,000
  • 13 ED hospital beds
  • Admission rate: 9%
  • APC schedule: Monday through Thursday from 2:00pm-10:00am 
  • Candidates must be available for all shifts including 2 Sundays a month
  • Medium acuity level facility
  • ACLS and PALS
