Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a team of physicians and advanced practice clinicians
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to achieve departmental goals
- Participate in TeamHealth's leadership development programs
About the FSED:- 8-bed FSED with annual visits of 15,000�20,000
- 12-hour shifts for physicians with Epic EMR
- On-site ambulance and 24/7 CT, X-ray, and lab services
- Ability to work across Arlington FSED, Baptist Memphis, and Baptist Collierville
