Team Health is excited to announce a new Jump Start program targeted toward new physician assistant graduates to train and work in the emergency department (ED).�At the end of the end of 4 months, each candidate will have a basic understanding of: 1. Basic procedures including but not limited to laceration repair, I&D, basic joint reductions, foreign body removal 2. Stabilization and management of patients ESI level 2-5 3. Performing rapid medical examinations and identifying emergent conditions 4. Teamwork between advanced practice clinicians, supervising physicians, hospitalists and various specialists in the management of patients 5. Efficient and safe disposition of patients within goal LOS (

Position Highlights

Monthly salary plus additional hourly rate for every productive hour worked over 50 hours
