Job Description

TeamHealth has an excellent opportunity for a full-time opportunity for an emergency medicine physician at HCA Florida Putnam Hospital in Palatka, Florida. This 37,000 volume emergency department (ED) has 18 beds, 10% admission rate and daily advanced practice clinician (APC) coverage. See an average of 1.7 patients per hour with moderate acuity and good variety of clinical cases. This is an independent contractor status working 8/9/12-hour shifts depending on day. We are seeking a clinician to work full-time with a minimum of 120 hours/month. Candidates must be board certified or board prepared in emergency medicine, family medicine, or internal medicine.
