TeamHealth has an excellent full-time opening for a board certified Internal Medicine (IM) Physician or Family Mractice (FM), Internal Nedicine trained physician to join our hospitalist team at Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. This opportunity is open to a practicing or new graduate. This clinician will join a well-established hospitalist program that has great integration with the emergency medicine department and internal medicine GME program sponsored by HCA. This is a great opportunity to practice with a leading inpatient medicine group, focused on patient care and quality. Aside from the perks of practicing in a fantastic location, another added bonus is that Nevada has no state income tax! At this facility: - Everyone admits round robin style
- 16 shifts per month
- No patient cap
- Averaging 20-25 patients daily
- 7am - 7pm schedule, but the clinicians typically leave before 7
- EMR: Meditech
- Majority of patients seen are high acuity
- Closed ICU
- No procedures required
