Available Shift:
Tuesday, Wednesday 1:30pm-10:00pm PST, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 10:00pm-5:00am PST (total of 35.5 hrs). Training will be Monday-Friday between 10am-4pm PST.
JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW:
Under Direct Supervision, the Call Center Coordinator provides 24/7 support to the Acute Care Service Facilities nationwide. The Call Center Coordinator is an active that helps facilitates communication between hospitals and providers by triaging and directing calls accordingly.
