As an advanced practice provider in the skilled nursing facility setting, you will experience:- A Diverse Patient Population: Skilled nursing facilities provide clinicians with the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgery, managing chronic conditions, or in need of rehabilitation. Responsibilities:- Deliver primary care for short-term and long-term patients.
- Manage chronic diseases, diagnose conditions, and create care plans.
- Order and interpret lab results, prescribe medications, and consult with other healthcare providers.
- Educate patients and their caregivers, and promote healthy lifestyle changes.
Requirements:- New grads welcome; primary care and post-acute care experience are a plus.
- Active and unrestricted Washington NP/PA license and DEA.
Compensation and Benefits:Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $123,000/annually and $174,000/annually with no cap productivity income potential.
