  • Provide primary care in a skilled nursing facilities in Tacoma, WA, Monday through Friday
  • Treat diverse patient populations, manage chronic conditions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
  • Build long-term relationships with patients for improved care continuity
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver primary care for short-term and long-term patients
  • Manage chronic diseases, diagnose conditions, and create care plans
  • Order and interpret lab results, prescribe medications, and consult with other healthcare providers
  • Educate patients and their caregivers, and promote healthy lifestyle changes
Requirements:
  • 6+ months of experience working in a primary care setting
  • Post-acute care experience is a plus.
  • Active and unrestricted Washington NP or PA license and DEA, or application in progress.
Compensation and Benefits:
Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service) that offers you control to maximize your income potential. Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $145,000 to $188,000 annually with no cap productivity income potential. This full-time role is benefit eligible including 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, disability, FSA, and more.
