Are you an OB/Gyn physician who aims to make a difference in the lives of your patients by providing quality care? TeamHealth needs someone like you! We are expanding in Virginia at Inova Fair Oaks.  We are seeking board certified OB/Gyn physicians who have superior communication skills, proficient in the full breadth of the OB/Gyn specialty and the confidence to be the only covering physician in the event of an emergency. The ideal clinician is a partner in clinical education and quality initiatives required by TeamHealth's Patient Safety Organization. TeamHealth offers flexibility in scheduling, no billing or coding responsibilities and dedicated educational programs for our OB/Gyn physicians. Active or in-process Virginia license is a plus! Position Highlights

Work 6 to 8, 24-hour, in-house shifts per month

Level III B NICU

Opening an OB emergency department

Back up call coverage and nursing support

Dedicated call room
