We are seeking a full-time Pediatric Emergency Medicine (PEM) physician to join our team at Mission Hospital in Asheville, North Carolina. This thriving 815-bed hospital is committed to providing exceptional patients care. The state-of-the-art emergency department (ED) handles a wide range of cases from minor injuries and critical emergencies. Our core ED physician team collaborates with nursing staff, specialists, other healthcare professionals and provides compassionate care in high-pressure situations.
  • Annual pediatric volume: 12,000
  • 6-bed pediatric emergency department (ED)
  • Pediatric admission rate: 10-15%
  • EMR is Cerner
