You will work collaboratively with the primary care and rehab medicine team, physical, speech, and occupational therapist to enhance each patient stay by setting realistic goals to help patients return to their prior level of function and get back to living their best quality of life.     Westchester County, New York

    Westchester County, located north of New York City, has adopted some of the Big Apple's urban and suburban lifestyles while retaining much of its own character.
