This opportunity is perfect for a full-time internal medicine (IM), family medicine (FM) or geriatric trained nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) to provide primary care to patients at skilled nursing facilities. Rounding target is 4 days per week, Thursday through Sunday. TeamHealth fully supports our clinician teams so that you can do what you do best, provide unmatched patient care.
