About the Role:- Schedule: Monday through Friday schedule day shifts, no nights
- Facilities: you will work amongst several facilities in the area; you will round on one facility each day - locations are from West Palm Beach to Boynton
- Compensation: expected compensation is estimated salary range of $153,000 to $177,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential
Responsibilities:- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with mental health disorders
- Prescribe and manage medications
- Provide therapy and counseling to individuals and groups (as needed)
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
- Educate patients and their families on mental health issues and treatment options
