The ideal candidate would be a psychologist (PhD - PsyD) or licensed professional counselor (LPC), that can practice independently. Create your own schedule to meet your work/life balance goals and enjoy a competitive compensation plan while doing it. The model is "round and go" so you aren't in the facility any longer than you have to be. Whether you are looking for a full-time commitment or interested in supplementing your existing workload, we can work with you to develop your ideal practice. Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $98,000 to $134,000 with no cap productivity income potential. With the ability to focus on solely therapy in these skilled nursing facility environments you will be able to see anywhere from 10-14 patients per day within a normal 8-hour period depending on level of experience you have. Enjoy a 4-day work week, Monday through Friday schedule.
