Kadlec is a level II trauma center with 38 beds and an annual volume of 58,000. Clinicians document with EPIC.
Some of your leadership responsibilities will be:- Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of medical conditions
- Develop and sustain relationships with other physicians and hospital administration

In this role, you will provide clinical and administrative leadership for emergency medicine services and must have strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as effective and outstanding leadership skills. This leadership opportunity will report directly to the regional medical director and vice president of operations and will be responsible for the oversight of full-time physicians and advanced practice clinicians. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of three years leadership experience. Five to ten years of leadership experience is preferable. In addition, candidates need to be ABEM/ABOEM certified.
