Hunt Regional Healthcare is seeking an emergency medicine director to lead our team at the brand-new, state-of-the-art freestanding emergency department in Royse City, Texas, scheduled to open in April 2025. This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role, build and guide an exceptional emergency medicine team, and make a meaningful impact in a growing community. Your Role as Emergency Medicine Director:
  • Provide clinical and administrative leadership, overseeing the operations, quality of care, and team development at the freestanding emergency department
  • Collaborate with hospital leadership to implement innovative strategies for patient care and team efficiency
  • Mentor and support your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
  • Split your time between clinical duties and leadership responsibilities to maintain a strong connection with patient care

    New freestanding opening April 2025

    A freestanding emergency department featuring 12 private beds, designed for efficient and high-quality care. Inpatient care with five private beds to support short-term admissions. Twelve physician clinic offices, fostering integrated, multidisciplinary care. Advanced digital imaging, on-site pharmacy, and a dedicated ambulance bay. A welcoming community room, reflecting our commitment to patient-centered care.
