This opportunity is perfect for a nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) to provide primary care to patients at skilled nursing facilities with a targeted rounding of 5 days per week. TeamHealth fully supports our clinician teams so that you can do what you do best, provide unmatched patient care. We are physician-driven, patient-focused and provide ample opportunities for growth as you develop your career in post-acute medicine. TeamHealth currently offers post-acute services to 35+ facilities in the state of Alabama. We ask that you have an active Alabama license and DEA. Previous post-acute experience is preferred, but not required. Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $118,360 to $140,032 with no cap on productivity income potential.
