Job Description

Join TeamHealth in Little Falls, New York as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant on our post-acute care team. Provide primary care services to short-term patients and long-term residents in a skilled nursing facility. Enjoy a flexible daily schedule working Monday through Friday. Some experience or exposure as a nurse practitioner, registered nurse, or other role in a skilled nursing facility or nursing home is preferred.
