Job Description

TeamHealth is seeking a full-time pediatrician to join our reputable urgent care team at After Hours Pediatrics - Oakland Park in Oakland Park, Florida. To be considered, you must offer a minimum of 2 years of Pediatric practice experience as a physician in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting. The ideal candidate will offer practice experience in an urgent care or fast-track setting and is comfortable caring for newborns to 22 years of age. Board certification in pediatrics or pediatrics emergency medicine is a requirement to be considered. We are seeking a pediatrician interested in working with our reputable practices in the Lake Worth and Oakland Park, Florida, areas. We ask that you be proficient in reading and interpreting x-rays, splinting, suturing, minor trauma assessment and management, wound care/closures, and incision/drainage of abscesses to apply. The facility provides care for illnesses and injuries in addition to digital x-ray and laboratory services.
