    AdventHealth Manchester

    In addition to offering a comprehensive range of care services, AdventHealth Manchester is also a community-focused organization committed to improving the health of the community it serves. This facility is a part of AdventHealth, a faith-based, non-profit healthcare system focused on caring for the whole person. The emergency department consists of 13 beds and sees an annual volume of 17,500. There are 24 hours of physician coverage.

The Daniel Boone Forest offers a rustic view into the beauty of the Appalachian region with its wildflowers, fall colors and wildlife. White-tail deer, wild turkey and elk have all been successfully re-introduced throughout the region. Shops of mountain artisans are located throughout the area, and during the summer and fall, there are gatherings on a national scale that herald traditional mountain ways of life, including cornbread and soup beans, Bluegrass music and homemade fiddles.
