Join TeamHealth as a nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) in the Seattle, Washington, area! We're seeking a dedicated professional for a full-time role (5 days a week) rounding in skilled nursing facilities, offering flexibility, autonomy, and unlimited earning potential. In this position, you'll work with diverse patients, collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, and build lasting relationships with patients and their families. Key responsibilities include: 
  • Providing primary care
  • Managing chronic diseases
  • Ordering lab tests
  • Prescribing medications
  • Educating patients and caregivers

  • Post-acute care experience is a plus
  • Active Washington NP or PA license and DEA with prescriptive authority are required
Our compensation is a productivity-based model (fee for service) that offers you control to maximize your income potential. Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $142,000 to $202,000/annually with no cap productivity income potential. Full-time clinicians are eligible for an excellent comprehensive benefits package to include 401(k) plan, health, dental and vision insurance, long and short term disability, FSA, group term life insurance, Flex Time bank, and employee assistance program.
