This integral role plays a crucial part in overseeing clinical service delivery and managing fiscal affairs within post-acute care settings. In this role, you will work closely with clinical leaders, clinical educators, and medical directors to ensure top-quality care and optimal patient outcomes. Your responsibilities will include leading and coordinating with facility leadership to drive consistent clinical performance and practice standards. Essential Functions:
  • Work in a triad leadership model with the vice president of operations (VPO) and the regional medical director (RMD). The ARD is the primary TeamHealth contact with the clinical leaders and the Clinical Practice Managers (CPM)
  • Assure clinical leaders are rounding on a monthly basis and reporting outcomes in alignment with the post-acute care service line goals and provides coaching to achieve success
  • Participate in and support recruiting efforts as requested by the RMD
  • Lead clinician retention strategies related to their assigned region
  • Participate in clinical rounding duties not to exceed 50% of primary responsibilities
  • Work closely with the VPO, clinical leaders, clinical educator, and facility leadership to drive expectations that support the goals of consistent clinical performance and practice standards, to ensure optimal clinical outcomes and patient experience
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical educator and RMD to drive value based care and performance improvement outcome goals
