We are seeking a licensed professional counselor to join our team in Seattle, Washington. The ideal candidate will work Monday through Friday with the flexibility to set up your daily schedule. You work on an experienced integrated care team of physicians, nurse practitioners, psychiatrists, and social workers to deliver high quality holistic care. We offer you maximum flexibility and lifestyle options, we use a scheduled presence model and a round and go set up; facility staffing based on patient care needs, allowing clinicians to focus on patient relationships, outcomes and facility needs. Responsibilities:
  • Provide counseling services to clients dealing with various mental health issues
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with Medicare and private insurance
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
  • Stay current on best practices in counseling and therapy techniques
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in counseling or related field
  • State licensure as a professional counselor
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including geriatrics, active older adults with developmental disabilities, and those in need of behavioral therapy
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, medical documentation, and ICD-10 coding
Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service) that offers you control to maximize your income potential. Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $57,000/annually and $69,000/annually. This full-time role is benefit eligible. Full-time clinicians are eligible for an excellent comprehensive benefits package to include 401(k) plan, health, dental and vision insurance, long and short term disability, FSA, group term life insurance, Flex Time bank, and employee assistance program.
