Responsibilities:- Provide counseling services to clients dealing with various mental health issues
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with Medicare and private insurance
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Stay current on best practices in counseling and therapy techniques
Qualifications:- Master's degree in counseling or related field
- State licensure as a professional counselor
- Experience working with diverse populations, including geriatrics, active older adults with developmental disabilities, and those in need of behavioral therapy
- Knowledge of medical terminology, medical documentation, and ICD-10 coding
Our compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service) that offers you control to maximize your income potential. Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $57,000/annually and $69,000/annually. This full-time role is benefit eligible.
